Open the “Profile” tab — you’ll find your EXP balance right below your contact details.

What does the Trainer program cost?

Nothing. Signing up and participating are completely free — you only save.

Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?

Yes — the Trainer program is linked to our newsletter. Simply accept the newsletter when signing up and confirm the confirmation email with one click. As a Trainer you'll also be the first to hear about restocks, new drops and exclusive promotions.

Where can I see my EXP balance?

In your account you can check your current EXP balance and collected rewards at any time.

How do I redeem my EXP?

In your account, exchange your EXP for a discount code (100 EXP = €1). Just enter the code at checkout — done.

Do my EXP expire?

Not as long as you're active. Unused EXP only expire after 12 months of inactivity. In other words: if you order or redeem now and then, you keep your EXP permanently.

Do I have to be logged in when ordering?

Yes — EXP are only awarded for orders placed while logged in to your account. If you order as a guest without logging in, that order earns no EXP. So: log in first, then order ⚡

Do I get EXP retroactively for past orders?

No — EXP are awarded for all orders from the launch of the Trainer program onwards. Orders placed before that are not credited retroactively. But from now on, every logged-in order counts ⚡

Do I also collect EXP in the God of Cards app?

Yes! Your account is the same everywhere — whether you order in the shop or in the app, your EXP automatically lands in your account.

Can business customers (B2B) take part?

No — the Trainer program is exclusively for private customers. Commercial and B2B customers are excluded from participation.
