Each Pokémon is represented by two cards that must be put together to play a Pokémon. This is the small drawback that comes with living with the unimaginable powers of these Pokémon! Lugia LEGEND adds up to 200 damage with Primal Blast – more damage than most other Pokémon can withstand! The beautiful watercolor designs of Ho-Oh LEGEND and Lugia LEGEND are sure to catch everyone's eye – they complement the powerful new cards.
