Rise of the Duelist je sada posilovačů 100 karet, která pokračuje v široké škále silných archetypů.
Dračí mistr Gaia se v této sadě znovu objeví. Yugiho strategie s Gaiou, Angry Knightem a také s Catapult Turtle jsou oživeny a integrovány do moderního souboje. Proto bude vydáno mnoho nových karet příšer Gaia. "Gaia the Magical Dragon Champion" ukazuje novou sílu archetypu. Kvůli efektu karty může nepřátelské monstrum ztratit 2600 ATK a v důsledku toho je zničeno. Alternativně může Gaia zničit nepřátelské monstrum v bitvě a získat tak dalších 2600 ATK.
V sadě Rise of the Duelist budou mít svůj debut také noví "Infernoble Knights". Ty jsou také hratelné s Noble Knights, kteří se již objevili. Aby se dosáhlo maximálního potenciálu balíčku, neměli by být zapomenuti dva rytíři "Infernoble Knight - Renaud" a "Infernoble Knight - Roland" z Toon Chaos. V kombinaci bude balíček pro soupeře skutečnou výzvou.
Edice Rise of the Duelist má v zásobě mnoho dalších překvapení. Úspěšné archetypy, jako je Rikka a Stone Liberators z Secret Slayers, pokračují. Těšit se můžete také na další zbrusu nové karty do balíčku Dragon Girl a Mathemech, které již známe z edice Mystic Fighters. Dalším vrcholem je zbrusu nové monstrum Chaos, které se bude perfektně hodit k dříve vydaným monstrům z Toon Chaos.
Rise of the Duelist je sada 100 karet, která je rozdělena na 50 Commons, 26 Super Rares, 14 Ultra Rares a 10 Secret Rares.
