How long does it take to ship with you?
We will process and ship your order as soon as possible.
When the order is received before 13:00, your package will be delivered to our shipping service provider DHL on the same day.
When the order is received after 13:00, your package will be packed and handed over to DHL within the next 24 hours.
Once the package is handed over to DHL, it will take 1-2 working days to ship.
Note possible delays beyond our control.
More detailed details on the status of your package can be found in the live package tracking, which you will receive from us by email or SMS after dispatch.

Are the products in your shop all original?
All items listed in our range are 100% original and are sourced exclusively from official distribution sources.
Do you get the new set in the shop?
As a rule, we always get the very latest sets of the various TCG's in the warehouse, lately we have only sold out very quickly especially after releases. We are working hard to offer you all even bigger quantities in the future!
I placed a pre-order, when does it arrive?

Are you also sending internationally?
Yes, we ship with DHL insured to all over the world.
Please note that international deliveries may incur additional import duties or customs duties to be borne by the consignee.

Which parcel service do you use?
We use the DHL parcel service for our shipping.
